Bowdoin Career Planning is hosting its fourth annual Mock Interview Day on Friday, October 18th, 2013. On this day, volunteer professionals in a variety of fields will come to campus to conduct practice interviews and give valuable feedback to students interested in similar careers.
Good interviewing skills are essential to any job search, and like any skill only practice makes perfect. Mock Interview Day offers a unique opportunity to gain experience with real-world interview situations in a supportive, low-stakes environment. If you want to brush up your answers to common interview questions like…
Tell me about yourself.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Why do you want this job?
…then this is the event for you!
The sign-up deadline is October 7th and spots are filling fast, so register on eBEAR today!
To sign up: Log into eBEAR and type mock into the Jobs search bar. Select Mock Interview Day 2013 and sign up for an interview time in the category that best matches your interest. (Note: This event is open to current seniors only.)
